We offer a variety of programs for “Junior OC’ers” to experience the fun of the Train OC course. Courses are designed to be age appropriate and emphasize leadership and teamwork while developing overall fitness, strength, endurance, and agility.

School Break and Summer Camps

Train OC offers 1-5 day camps during the fall, winter and spring school breaks as well as week-long summer camps. Our camps are designed to promote proper body movement (fundamental to both sports and life) and are appropriate for all fitness levels ages 6 and up.
Camps combine fun activities and games with real obstacle course skills and challenges and include a fun “race day” on the final day ( family participation is encouraged!)
